So if you have been keeping up with me over on my Instagram you will know that many of you have been asking about alternative colours for bathrooms. So stepping away from the whites and off whites. I said I would do up a little post showing some ideas because there is actually so much you can do and bathrooms are actually so fun to design. I feel they are the one place in our home we can be a little bit bold in. This can be done with the colour, creative tiles or even wallpaper! Yup wallpaper in a bathroom is amazing!
So I have had a look at some bathroom design ideas with material options :)

OPTION 1: NEARLY BLACK...

When adding that pop of creativity into your bathroom it doesn't always have to be through colour. This can be added with wallpaper or even tiles. I would suggest going for a smaller format with a nice pattern for a big impact.

OPTION 2: GREENS...

If you do want to add that pop of creativity but do not want to go too bold try tilling the bathroom 2/3'rds the way up in a simple tile like a subway tile and just add the colour to the remaining wall. This will tone down the whole look.

OPTION 3: BOLD BLUES & CLASSIC NAVY...

If you are at the start of your revamp or build why not add the colour to your cabinets. This is a great way to inject bold colours into the bathroom as it is also bringing in your texture and therefore the bold colours are instantly warmed up :)

Finally guys many clients stay away from having a bold bathroom if their bathroom is on the smaller side. But this is more reason to make a statement. You can cover a bathroom in wallpaper to make a bold statement that is not at a huge cost and you do not have to commit to it long term either :) Win win.
