FULL SERVICE INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN

At  Style So Simple, our Interior Architecture and Design services cater to new builds, renovations, and extensions, as well as commercial and hospitality spaces, including show homes. Our bespoke approach follows a comprehensive four-phase design process that guides clients from concept development through to design execution and management.

Phase 1: Space Planning & Concept Development - At this stage, we create an overall concept for your interior, including mood boards, furniture and lighting plans. This stage sets the foundation for the entire design process, and we often refer back to these mood boards later in the design process.

Phase 2: Design Details and Schematics - Building on feedback from the concept phase, we refine ideas to develop final interior schemes and detailed floor plans. It is at this stage that we will start looking at specific materials and sample selections for the project.

Phase 3: Technical Drawing for Tender and Sourcing - Upon client approval of Phases 1 and 2, we produce comprehensive architectural drawings for joinery, kitchen works, flooring specifications, and wall elevations. We also manage furniture sourcing, lighting, flooring, and sanitary ware, providing a tender package for contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary quotes.

Phase 4: Final Design Implementation and Construction - In the last phase, we collaborate closely with contractors to ensure the seamless execution of your design vision, bringing your space to life.

Discovery Call

Contact us ideally at least four months before your construction begins. Design projects often require more time than anticipated to develop the design concept and prepare detailed drawings for your contractors. Please arrange a call with us to discuss your project and timelines to avoid any disappointment.
