So, guys, I have just finished a design for a teen boy and I have to say I have learned soo much from it! At first, I found it slightly trying purely because I had never designed for a teen before. But after narrowing down the clients taste we have now come up with a beautiful design. It was a balance in making the space look designer chic and suiting a teen that knows what he likes!
The final design is a haven of boho beach, this is the perfect oasis for the client to ponder and dream of his upcoming adventure of traveling (once he leaves school). I can’t wait to show you all the space once it is complete.

But for now, as I have just completed this beachy design and I am in MAJOR Summer fever I have decided to write up a few quick tips on Mastering Boho-Beachy Home Décor in your home… Perfect for summer and anyone dreaming of traveling. Sun, sand, and surf aren’t just for the beach anymore!!!
1. Print it:

Bring the beach to your home, add a print showing the beaches you most want to travel to next! By paying homage to these places you are marking the tune for the rest of the interior. Major outdoor vibes..love it!!! :) You will also be adding a stunning ocean blue to the space. Double marks for this one then :)
2. Hanging Around:

Hanging seats are the ultimate summer/beachy vibe… Swap out your old recliner with one of these beauts, swing back and enjoy a good book or travel mag..:D
3. Neutral Chic:

Mix up your interior with some textured chandeliers against faux fur throws for a stylish bohemian chic vibe. Remember texture is a must to finish any design ..
4. Beachy Boho Bedroom:

Beachy vibes can be done with very minimal colour and just working with texture (I know, I am cray cray about texture). This style can be kept very mellow when working with textured and natural pieces only.
5. Ocean Vibes:

When accessorising mimic ocean hues with different shades of blue. This looks amazing styled against an all-white backdrop.
