It’s no secret that I am a major IKEA fan and maybe get a little bit too excited for their catalogue release, but you guys can’t disagree that IKEA is much loved by students, new home owners, new parents, renters, and designers (that’s me..)
I can imagine that not everyone reading this blog is as cray cray about IKEA or its new designs, so let me break it down for you lovely readers :)
Each year, Ikea gives us a taste of what is coming for the next year. Now, the 2018 catalogue is not out until August 2, but because you read a design blog written by a design obsessed interior junkie, you get to see the first released photos of the upcoming catalogue. You are oh sooo welcome :)

Okay, so why is Ikea’s interiors and products for the upcoming year important? It’s oh so important because Ikea’s core is to produce pieces for the masses with links to the best trends. It is a huge clue to what direction design trends will go for the upcoming year. EXCITED YET???
